Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Harvux platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you are using Harvux on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Description of Service

Harvux provides cloud-based software for project delivery governance and organisational knowledge, including capabilities relating to risk, events, forecast reviews, observations, project review workflows, lessons, procedures and connected records.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring authorised access to the platform
• Maintaining account security
• Ensuring the data entered complies with applicable laws

Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of all data entered into the platform.

Harvux does not claim ownership of customer operational data.

Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Disrupt system operation
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Service Availability

Harvux aims to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harvux shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

Harvux may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
